Welcome to Wooly. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, and use of the Wooly mobile application and related services provided by Wooly (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Wooly is an interactive iOS application designed to assist users in establishing and sustaining a daily Bible study and prayer habit through guided lessons, scripture reflections, spiritual habit tracking, and an interactive companion (Bo the sheep).

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use Wooly on compatible Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain premium curriculum tracks, customization items, and features may require an active auto-renewing subscription or in-app purchase (“Wooly Plus”):

• Billing: Payments are processed directly through your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. Step-by-step guidance is available at our Manage Subscription page.
• Refunds: All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions. We do not have direct access to process financial refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, illustrations, character designs (including Bo the sheep and associated art assets), animations, audio, and visual interfaces contained within Wooly are the proprietary intellectual property of Wooly and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Scripture quotations are used respectfully in accordance with applicable copyright permissions and guidelines.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wooly is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide an inspiring and spiritually supportive devotional experience, Wooly does not provide clinical, psychological, or medical counseling.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wooly, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the application.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the updated Terms on this website. Your continued use of Wooly after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
